Shipping & Logistics Coordinator (Import/Export)

Responsibilities

• Manage import shipping documentation and monitor shipment status to ensure timely receipt of documents
• Liaise with freight forwarders on container bookings, vessel schedules, and trucking arrangements
• Prepare monthly quotations for export shipments
• Handle documentation for direct shipments with accuracy and compliance
• Perform data entry and maintain records in the in-house system
• Coordinate shipment activities and support smooth logistics operations
• Assist with administrative and ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Relevant experience in shipping, logistics, or related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Willingness to take on sales support responsibilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
