About the role
An opportunity to join our team at MHW Neonatal Services in the new role of Retinopathy of Prematurity (ROP) Nurse Consultant. Working alongside a multi-disciplinary team, the ROP Nurse Consultant role is responsible for the coordination of Mercy Hospital for Women's ROP Screening and Follow-up Program including maintaining the screening program, conducting RetCAM screening of infants, accurate documentation and liaising with key stakeholders.

- A postgraduate qualification in Neonatal Intensive Care (or equivalent) - Desirable
- Previous experience working in a leadership position - Desirable
- Ability to work a rotating roster (8-hour or 12-hour roster pattern) - Required
- A current Police Record Check and Working with Children Check.
- Proof of current influenza vaccination and other vaccination status consistent with public health orders.
