Job Title: Field Engineer for S3/S5 work packages (LV secondary) Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Electrical Field Engineer to support an HVDC / Grid Solutions project. The engineer will be site-based and act as the key technical interface between construction, commissioning, engineering teams, contractors, and clients. The role focuses on supporting installation, troubleshooting, and commissioning activities related to LV Secondary Systems (S3/S5 work packages) , ensuring technical issues are resolved effectively and properly documented. Key Focus - Focus on all issues related to secondary LV activities and associated interfaces (mainly but not limited to S3, S5 work packages) - Ensuring daily monitoring in direct contact with the site teams and the partner(s) responsible for this activity - This role is essential during Cable connection campaign - Will provide close support and follow up to the engineering department by proposing documented solutions - Update or prepare, as appropriate, SMFs under the supervision of the assigned engineering office - Support the Lead field Engineer and S2 field Engineer during the cable-pulling campaign Other actions - Support to the Site Manager during technical meetings involving the client, partners, and subcontractors. - Collaboration with the Quality and Document Control teams - Ensures strict adherence to the change management process and the proper maintenance of "As-Built" (marked-up) documentation. - Participates in technical and coordination meetings related to his engineering activity(ies), as well as those concerning general site operations and mandatory training sessions. - Ensures that the GFC/SQ/SMF/Red Lines processes are used correctly - Participates when required to GFC/SQ/SMF/RMU meetings with Site/engineering teams - Supports all EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) initiatives and ensures that all solutions to be implemented comply with applicable safety regulations
