Responsibilities

  • Project Management & Delivery
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of cogeneration/CHP and related energy infrastructure projects
  • Develop and manage project scope, schedule, budget, and risk

  • Oversee construction progress, quality, and safety compliance
  • Support commissioning, testing, and project closeout
  • Risk, Safety & Compliance
  • Maintain risk registers and implement mitigation strategies
  • Ensure compliance with agency standards, permitting, and environmental regulations
  • Promote a strong safety culture in secure, operational environments
  • SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • 8-15+ years of experience in infrastructure, energy, or power projects
  • Experience with cogeneration/CHP, central plants, or utility infrastructure
  • Prior experience with PANYNJ projects or similar public agencies
  • Experience working in aviation or other operational/regulated environments
  • Experience in an Owner's Representative or consulting role
  • Must reside in the New York Metro area
  • Ability to work on-site at aviation facilities
  • Ability to obtain and maintain airport security credentials
  • Preferred Credentials
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license (preferred)
  • PMP or equivalent certification (a plus)
