Indie Campers is seeking a dynamic and strategic RV Sales Growth Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will manage lead generation via third-party classified platforms, paid media, organic channels (e.g., Facebook groups), and other third-party channels. This role involves both operational and analytical tasks such as organising information, creating and performing maintenance on ads, analysing performance, and optimising lead generation strategies. WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON? Develop and implement lead generation strategies across various channels. Manage and optimise ads on third-party classified platforms and paid media. Utilise organic channels such as social media groups for lead generation. Analyze lead generation performance and provide actionable insights. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts. Maintain and organise lead generation data and reporting systems. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategies. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Analytics, Engineering or related field. 4-6 years of experience in lead generation, digital marketing, or related roles is a strong plus. Experience in third-party classified platforms, auto sales, or e-commerce industry preferred. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to organise information and manage multiple tasks. Humble, proactive, hands-on and problem-solving attitude. Fluency in English; knowledge of Spanish, French, German, or Italian is a plus.
