Role Overview The Client Services Manager plays a key role in managing day-to-day client relationships, ensuring smooth project delivery, and identifying opportunities to grow accounts. Acting as a central coordinator between clients and internal teams, you will focus on execution excellence, commercial awareness, and building strong, trust-based partnerships. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and commercially minded, with the ability to manage multiple projects while contributing to business growth.
Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the main day-to-day contact for assigned client accounts
- Build strong working relationships with client stakeholders
- Understand client needs and ensure clear communication of expectations
- Support client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups
- Project Leadership & Delivery
- Manage projects from briefing through to execution and final delivery
- Coordinate internal teams (design, strategy, production) to ensure timely delivery
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies
- Identify risks early and escalate issues when needed
- Ensure quality control and alignment with client expectations
- Business Development
- Identify opportunities within existing accounts for additional services
- Support the development of proposals and client recommendations
- Work with senior team members to contribute to pitches and new business opportunities
- Develop a strong understanding of client brands and ecosystems to spot growth opportunities
- Financial & Commercial Management
- Support budget tracking, cost estimates, and invoicing processes
- Monitor project profitability and flag potential overruns

- Work closely with internal creative and strategic teams to ensure smooth workflows

- Profile Requirements
- 4-7 years of experience in client services, account management, or project management (within a creative, branding, or integrated agency preferred)
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Commercial awareness with an understanding of budgeting and profitability
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working in branding, design, luxury, or beauty industries is a plus
