Job Description Summary: The Coca-Cola Company is looking for an innovative and strategic Manager, Marketing - Content & Creative Services to spearhead our content creation and brand experience strategies. You will be crucial in reinforcing our brand's position, fostering growth, and managing customer relationships through impactful marketing initiatives. Join us to steer the creative direction that drives brand equity, leveraging your expertise to develop engaging content across various media platforms and optimize brand experiences. What You'll Do for Us: Develop and execute marketing and creative strategies ensuring they reflect the brand's values and effectively build brand recognition. Create and manage the production of brand experiences and promotional materials consistent with the brand's message. Determine the optimal media mix and strategic partnerships, aligning with consumer segmentation and personas. Manage retail promotions, clarifying terms with retailers, and overseeing brand merchandise coordination at conferences or events. Evaluate and measure marketing brand experience and engagement effectiveness, providing insights on return-on-investment. Contribute to campaign ideation, support content creation and optimization across the brand's portfolio, including digital and shopper communication. Coordinate with agencies and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing projects, maintaining adherence to creative strategies. Integrate consumer research and data insights into creative processes, establishing measurement plans, and fostering a culture centered on collaboration and continuous improvement. Align regional directives with local consumer needs and inspire marketing communications that resonate with and grow Coca-Cola's diverse audience. Requirements & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field required. 5+ years' experience in marketing and communication with a focus on content, shopper content, and digital content. Demonstrated ability to conceptualize, execute, measure, and optimize creative brand marketing initiatives that drive business growth and customer value. Exceptional communication skills essential for both internal team collaboration and external stakeholder engagement.
