Responsibilities

- Perform additional ad hoc tasks as assigned to support project delivery and team objectives
- Required competencies and certifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
- More than 3 years of experience in construction project coordination
- Minimum 2 years of experience in LTA (MRT) projects, specifically in Architecture, Curtain Walling, or Cladding Works
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in project documentation and reporting
- Effective communication skills to engage with diverse project stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to overcome challenges and resolve project issues proactively
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines
