Requirements
- High school diploma or GED or equivelant Technical / vocational / or military training / related experience
- Two (2) or more years weld experience with at least one (1) years of experience in general maintenance
- Knowledge of welding techniques including MIG, TIG, Stick - aluminum and stainless steel is a plus
- Ability to comprehend all blueprints and schematics
- Demonstrated ability in troubleshooting
- Proficient in all key weldments
- Ability to use personal computer or workstation
- Demonstrate ability to use all appropriate tools , measuring devices, forklifts, cranes, and fixtures required
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and be able to communicate personnel assignments within the department
- Effectively communicate and solve issues that cross departmental boundaries
