About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Executive to support Business Development, Marketing, and Project Delivery functions within Keppel Real Estate Services This role will work closely with the Senior Manager to support: Client engagements and proposals Sustainability and asset enhancement initiatives (AEI) Partnership development and market research Internal coordination across project, leasing, and property operations teams The ideal candidate is structured, proactive, and able to handle both strategic support work (decks, analysis) and execution-level coordination. 1. Business Development & Proposal Support Support preparation of RFPs, tenders, and client proposals (structure, formatting, content consolidation) Develop and update pitch decks, capability statements, and marketing materials Assist in drafting scope of work, pricing frameworks, and submission documents Maintain repository of past proposals, templates, and benchmarks 2. Research & Market Intelligence Conduct market research on: Sustainability trends (e.g. Green Mark, decarbonisation strategies) Competitor offerings and pricing benchmarks Target client segments (clubs, schools, funds, government agencies) Compile insights into presentation-ready formats (slides, briefs, infographics) 3. Project & Client Support Support ongoing projects (e.g. asset enhancement, sustainability advisory) through: Meeting preparation and note-taking Tracking deliverables, timelines, and action items Coordinating with internal teams (PM, leasing, operations) and external consultants Assist in preparing client reports, presentations, and updates 4. Marketing & Communications Support creation of marketing narratives and materials: Brochures, one-pagers, event materials (e.g. conferences, exhibitions) Case studies and project write-ups Ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and quality of outputs 5. Data & Documentation Management Organise and manage project documentation, proposals, and internal knowledge base Support development of tracking tools (Excel-based) for: Proposal status CAPEX / project evaluation inputs Pipeline monitoring Ensure accuracy, version control, and auditability of key documents Job Requirements Degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, Sustainability, or related field 1-3 years of relevant experience(consulting, real estate, marketing, or project coordination preferred) Strong PowerPoint and Excel capabilities (must be able to produce client-ready materials) Excellent written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to structure information clearly (tables, frameworks, summaries)
