As a Workday Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for end-to-end management of the Workday system, configuration, optimization, and ongoing maintenance of core modules: Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent and Performance (Good to have). It also included the modules that may be adopted based on business development: Time Tracking, Absence Management etc. The consultant will work closely with functional leads and alignments with GFT(Global Functional Teams) to resolve issues, advise on best practices, and maintain strong customer relationships. In-depth knowledge of Workday HCM & Recruiting, with the ability to diagnose and resolve configuration-related challenges. Strong understanding of Workday's Business Process Framework Capable of configuring and optimizing Business Processes to align with evolving business needs. Proactive in identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing best practices You will be responsible for one or more of the following modules: Core HCM, Recruiting, and Absence & Time tracking (good to have) As a Sr. Workday Consultant, you will provide daily support across multiple Workday modules, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and advising stakeholders. Engage proactively with Functional leads and GFT teams to understand issues, provide recommendations, and communicate solutions clearly. Understands Workday domains and how to maintain security business processes Perform Workday release impact analysis and support regression testing for supported modules. Skilled in preparing and executing mass data uploads using EIBs, ensuring data accuracy. Collaborate with stakeholders to perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure alignment with requirements. Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and security standards. Maintain regular updates with your manager, proactively reporting progress and identifying potential issues. Deep understanding of HCM business processes and end‑to‑end Hire‑to‑Retire lifecycle. Utilize business knowledge to identify areas of systems improvement opportunity and submit proposals for analysis that lead to recommendations of systems improvements. Collaborate with adjacent Workday modules and downstream system owners to ensure data consistency and cohesive end‑to‑end process Develop and implement Workday HCM solutions to optimize human resource processes and improve organizational efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design Workday reports that meet business needs. Document technical specifications and project deliverables to maintain a comprehensive knowledge base. This position offers a dynamic environment to expand your functional platform expertise while working with a collaborative and high-performing team. Hybrid working - three days a week mandatory at office. This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned ZIGCC office location for a minimum of three days a week Open to learn new HR systems and its features. Education / Professional Certification Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Computer Science or Related Field of study. BCA is good as well.
