Quality Assurance Technician

About the role

Job Description & Requirements Primary Functions & Responsibilities: Inspect machines, parts, and products to ensure compliance with required standards and specifications. Maintain the quality of machines, parts, and products throughout the production process. Ensure all inspection check sheets and quality records are accurately completed and properly maintained. Ensure that non-conforming machines, parts, or products are not released to customers. Follow up on quality-related matters and ensure defects are corrected prior to production release or shipment. Ensure corrective and preventive actions are effectively implemented and sustained. Comply with QEHS (Quality, Environment, Health & Safety) procedures and company policies. Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor. Follow the workplace safety and health system, safe work procedures or safety rules implemented at the workplace. Job Requirements: NITEC/Higher NITEC in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Precision Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in quality control or related work. Preferably with at least 1 year of experience in machine operation. High level of integrity and accountability. Meticulous, detail-oriented, and quality-focused. Good team player with strong communication skills.
