We're looking for a Customer Happiness Executive to help deliver brilliant experiences before, during, and after our customers' trips. You'll handle bookings, solve problems, and make sure every customer feels supported and valued.
Responsibilities
- Supporting customers via phone, email & live chat
- Managing bookings, amendments & cancellations
- Solving queries and turning problems into positive experiences
- Building rapport and spotting opportunities to add value
- Going the extra mile to exceed expectations every time
Requirements
- Customer service experience (office/contact centre)
- Great communicator with a friendly, confident manner
- Calm under pressure, empathetic, and solutions-focused
- Positive attitude with a passion for helping people
- Good IT skills and attention to detail

- Mon-Fri 8am-7pm | Sat & BH 8am-5pm | Sun 10am-4pm
