Requirements

• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Candidates with manufacturing or clean room experience will have an added advantage.
• Able to commit to permanent night shift hours (7 PM to 7 AM).
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in a highly controlled clean room environment.
• Able to follow instructions and comply with strict operational procedures.
• Clean Room Environment Requirements
• Employees are required to adhere to strict clean room standards, including:
• Strict Dress Code: No makeup, hairspray, perfume, or jewellery is permitted within the clean room environment.
• Gowning Procedures: Employees must wear lint-free clean room attire, including suits, hoods, masks, gloves, and boots. The gowning process may take approximately 15 minutes prior to entering the clean room.
• Controlled Movements: Employees are required to move slowly and carefully within the clean room to minimize particle generation and maintain environmental integrity.

Position: Production Operator Location: Marsiling, Singapore Working Hours: 7 PM to 7 AM (Night Shift) Work Days: 6 Days work (Sunday off) Headcount Required: 30 pax Job Responsibilities Perform production and assembly operations in a clean room manufacturing environment. Operate production equipment and machinery in accordance with established procedures and work instructions. Conduct visual inspection and quality checks on products to ensure compliance with quality standards. Handle, assemble, and package products with care and precision. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area at all times. Adhere strictly to all safety, quality, and clean room protocols. Report any equipment malfunctions, defects, or production issues to the supervisor promptly. Support other production-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
