Take ownership of export contracts by ensuring accuracy, validating key details, tracking revisions, and supporting compliant end-to-end execution from contract creation through shipment and invoicing while helping drive process improvement and data integrity. This job is primarily responsible for supporting export execution by ensuring accurate entry, maintenance, and documentation of export contracts. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, processing contract details, amendments, and related documentation based on trader instructions, while maintaining audit-ready records and standardized contract data. This job partners with trading, legal, and execution teams to ensure contract accuracy and compliance with established procedures. In this job, you will: Input, create and maintain export contracts and amendments based on information provided by traders. Track and document contract revisions and approval status. Validate contract data for completeness and alignment with standard terms. Analyze contracts and amendments to ensure all contracts and amendments are properly approved and executed. Escalate discrepancies, missing information, or risks to senior team members. Maintain contract templates and clause library under guidance. Assist with review of load orders for alignment to contract terms. Enter shipment-related data and invoices into system (GEM). Support process improvement and standardization efforts. Maintain organized, audit-ready contract files and documentation. Other duties as assigned.
