Your New Role In this newly created role as the Senior Employer Partnerships Manager, you will build and shape the evolution of Australian Ethical's employer channel by deepening existing partnerships, securing new values-aligned employer opportunities, and building a scalable, data-led approach to employer and employee engagement. You will play a key role in shaping channel strategy, improving retention, and driving future growth across the employer segment. Key Responsibilities Include: Shape the employer channel strategy across acquisition, retention, support, communications and employee engagement to support future growth Build strong, trusted relationships with existing employer partners and key decision-makers across HR, payroll and finance to drive engagement, retention and employee activation Develop and deliver a proactive, scalable employer service model including onboarding, issue resolution, workplace education and regular review cadences Identify and pursue new employer partnership opportunities aligned to Australian Ethical's values, building a strong pipeline through outreach, discovery and partnership development Use data and insights to improve employer segmentation, visibility, reporting and decision-making, while identifying risks and growth opportunities Develop compelling employer and employee communications, support materials and education content that are clear, compliant and aligned to brand and values Partner cross-functionally with teams across Super, Marketing, Digital, Operations, Product, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Data and Customer Service to deliver channel priorities Act as the internal advocate for the employer channel, building momentum, clarity and focus around this growth opportunity

Requirements

  • You are a commercially minded self-starter who can create growth opportunities, build structure and drive momentum in a newly created role. You bring strategic thinking, hands-on execution and the confidence to grow, retain and scale employer partnerships that deliver impact.
  • If you have the following, we'd love to hear from you:
  • 7+ years experience in employer partnerships, workplace super, client relationship management or business development within superannuation, financial services or a related sector
  • Proven ability to grow and retain strategic partnerships, while identifying and developing new business opportunities
  • Strong commercial acumen, with experience using data and insights to shape strategy, prioritisation and performance improvement
  • Experience engaging with employer stakeholders such as HR, payroll and finance teams, and working cross-functionally to deliver outcomes
  • Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM to build contact databases, manage pipelines and track employer engagement activity.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience developing presentations, proposals, education content and support materials
  • RG146 is essential; experience providing personal financial advice will be highly regarded
