Responsibilities
- Analyze manufacturing processes and identify waste (Muda) and improvement opportunities using Lean principles.
- Lead and support Kaizen / Continuous Improvement projects to improve productivity, cost, quality, and delivery performance.
- Conduct time study / motion study, line balancing, capacity analysis, and cycle time optimization.
- Develop and maintain Standard Work, work instructions, and process documentation.

- Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to solve process issues and reduce scrap/rework.
- Track, analyze, and report key KPIs (e.g., OEE, Productivity, Cycle Time, Downtime) and present progress to management.
- Support cost reduction initiatives and continuous improvement audits as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or related field.
- Minimum 1 years' experience in the Automotive industry.
- Minimum 1 years' hands-on experience in Lean / Kaizen / Continuous Improvement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proven improvement project experience.
- Good command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; able to summarize and present data clearly.
