As a key player in our talent acquisition team, you will help shape the future of our workforce by identifying and securing top-tier talent across multiple functions. Position Overview: We are seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter with a proactive and strategic mindset to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for engineering and technical teams while also pivoting across different functional areas as needed. The ideal candidate will excel at problem-solving independently, leveraging data to drive hiring decisions, developing innovative sourcing strategies, and effectively collaborating with hiring managers.

Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Talent Strategy
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles across various business leaders and functions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop talent strategies aligned with business needs.
  • Provide market insights and data-driven recommendations to influence hiring decisions.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Understand various tech stacks and frameworks at a high level to represent engineering roles effectively.

  • Utilize analytics to optimize sourcing strategies and measure recruitment effectiveness.
  • Provide hiring managers with market data to ensure informed hiring decisions.
  • Creative Sourcing Strategies
  • Develop innovative approaches to attract top talent beyond traditional methods.
  • Engage passive candidates in niche fields through targeted outreach.
  • Consultation and Collaboration
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, aligning recruitment efforts with business priorities.

  • Qualifications & Experience:
  • 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on technical hiring.
  • Proven ability to source and attract top talent in competitive markets.
  • Experience using data to drive hiring strategies and influence decision-making.
  • Strong consultative skills with the ability to advise hiring managers.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., ORC, Lever) and recruiting tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment while managing multiple priorities.
