About the role

In this role, you will lead the total commercial agenda, driving sustainable growth in visitation and sales while strengthening our brand and guest experience. You will: Lead and develop the commercial plan and calendar Drive visitation, engagement and commercial performance across our offer Secure a seamless and relevant guest experience end-to-end Act as a strategic partner, bringing commercial insights to the business Lead, coach and develop a high-performing commercial team Strengthen collaboration across functions and contribute to our transformation journey Together with your colleagues, you will position IKEA in Älmhult as a vibrant destination-where people come to experience IKEA in a truly unique way. About you You are a commercial leader with a passion for hospitality, guest experience and growth. You combine strategic thinking with hands-on action and thrive in a dynamic environment. You bring: Strong experience in commercial leadership, including P&L, KPI follow-up and planning Deep understanding of hospitality, customer journeys and driving visitation The ability to turn insights into actions and results A collaborative leadership style and strong communication skills Entrepreneurship with the ability to not just form plans, but the tenacity to see them through to completion You are motivated by developing people, working across functions and creating meaningful experiences for the many people.
