Project - the aim you'll have Join a software-services company building web products for international clients. You'll work in a client-facing setup, partnering directly with the client's Product Owner inside a cross-functional, Agile team. Position - how you'll contribute - Define and influence product direction together with client stakeholders and the Product Owner - Own and prioritize the product backlog against user value, business impact, and feasibility - Evaluate every feature from the end-user perspective, collaborating closely with UX designer and engineering team - Facilitate Agile processes and keep cross-functional teams aligned - Manage releases and change processes in production environments - Act as the communication bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating requirements and technical constraints. - Deprioritize low-value initiatives and protect the team's focus Expectations - the experience you need - Proven experience as a Technical Product Manager, Scrum Master, or similar role in agile software delivery environments. - Hands-on experience writing detailed user stories, tickets, and acceptance criteria. - Strong technical foundation: ability to discuss architecture, APIs, and trade-offs with engineers - Proven backlog ownership, roadmapping, and prioritization skills - Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar. - Solid Agile experience (Scrum / Kanban / Lean / XP) - Excellent stakeholder management and communication in English - Experience in requirements elicitation/business analysis Additional skills - the edge you have - Coding ability (Python, SQL) for prototyping, scripting, or data analysis - Experience leveraging AI tools (LLMs, Copilot) in the product workflow - Background in scaling teams or delivering complex, regulated/safety-critical systems - Familiarity with CI/CD processes, DevOps practices, Cloud services and deployment workflows.
