Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and enhance reporting and dashboards to support monitoring of platform health and operational performance.
- Analyze operational trends and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Governance & Documentation
- Maintain and update operational documentation, including runbooks, procedures, and knowledge artifacts.
- Ensure adherence to operational controls, processes, and governance standards.
- Support cyclical processing activities (e.g., statements, payroll, tax processes) and related documentation.
- What you bring
- Bachelor's degree in computer science , Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role within financial services or pension domain.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues effectively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in SQL or data querying tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps (or similar tracking tool such as Jira or ALM )
- Experience with Incident management tool such as ServiceNow
- Experience with reporting and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)
- Exposure to testing methodologies (UAT, integration, regression testing)
- Exposure to defect management and re-testing processes
- Exposure to Power Platform such as Power Apps, Power Automate
- Exposure to Microsoft SharePoint technologies
- Familiarity with automation technologies and tools, scripting, or workflow platforms
