Software Engineer (React/Java)

Responsibilities

• Provide production support for government applications, including incident troubleshooting, root cause analysis, bug fixes, and system enhancements across frontend and backend components.
• Maintain and enhance React-based frontend applications and backend services developed in Java (Spring Boot).
• Support API integrations, database operations, application deployments, and system performance optimisation.
• Implement security fixes, monitoring, logging, and operational improvements to ensure system reliability, availability, and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues, manage change requests, and support continuous service improvements.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Full Stack development roles .
• Hands-on experience with React frontend development and Java (Spring Boot) backend development.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, SQL databases, system integration, and troubleshooting in production environments.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker/Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience in incident management, root cause analysis, performance tuning, and application maintenance.
• Good problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
