Job Description Location : RedQ Department : Legal Entity : AAAMS Status: Internship (3 to 6 months) WHAT YOU WILL CHAMPION: Supports the day to day challenges across the AirAsia Aviation Management Services Sdn. Bhd and its affiliates companies and all lines of businesses. Help identify legal risks and alternative strategies in a defined area. Ensure documents accurately reflect business and commercial concerns and are consistent with legal obligations. Appropriately resolves common legacy and liability issues that may have a legal impact. Work as part of a team and with both internal and external stakeholders from diverse cultural backgrounds. Contribute to the team and future legal initiatives with focus on operational excellence, continuous improvement and driving sustainable culture of change. SPECIAL CHALLENGES: Thrive in a fast-paced, virtual, and diverse business environment. Demonstrate flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to learn. Manage multiple tasks independently under pressure, exhibiting strong time management skills. Embrace inclusivity, collaborating with individuals from varied cultural backgrounds and skill levels
