About the role
Job Duties: Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles: intake, job posting, screening, interviews, and offer negotiation Partner with hiring managers and People Business Partners to define hiring needs and deliver exceptional candidate experience. Prepare and present data-driven reports on hiring progress and funnel metrics to influence decisions. Ensure compliance with internal processes and local regulations; maintain accurate ATS data.
