Looking for an opportunity to be part of the aviation industry? We are seeking a Course Manager to support the School of Aviation Safety and Security in ensuring the smooth planning and delivery of training programmes for both local and international participants. Job Details: Location: East, Changi Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Contract Duration: 6 Months (Potential for extension/conversion) Job Scope: Coordinate end-to-end course administration, including registrations, documentation, travel, and visa arrangements. Manage daily course operations by overseeing logistics, classroom setup, attendance tracking, and on-site support. Serve as the main point of contact for local and international participants and instructors, handling enquiries and logistical arrangements. Process post-course administration, including course evaluations, participant records, and certificate issuance. Support administrative and financial activities such as course scheduling, payment processing, claims, expense tracking, and stakeholder coordination. Job Requirements: Singaporeans Only Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Event Management, Hospitality, Aviation, or a related discipline.
