About the role

Open Doors ABA is looking for a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with an active Tennessee LBA license to join our growing team. Begin part-time (5-25 hrs/week) with the option to transition to full-time (25+ hrs/week) based on your performance and goals. Requirements

  • Tennessee LBA license (required)
  • BCBA certification (in good standing)
  • Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities

  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
