Coordination with Sales to align demand and production volume.-Analysis of plant capacity vs. production requirements. Monitoring and control of volume variations and accumulated differences by model. Tracking and execution of projects (Major & Minor Changes). Evaluation and adjustment of the Master Production Schedule (MPS). Monitoring of operational KPIs: SSAR, DSTAR, Lead Time, and production variations. Analysis of operational efficiency (JPH) and production performance. Development of tracking programs and operational reports. Generation of A/S and management of production documentation. Development and control of body and TRIM codes. Validation of the production process and adherence to standards. Identification of deviations and implementation of continuous improvement actions. Cross-functional coordination with key areas to ensure compliance with the production plan.
