About the role
We're looking for a technical team leader who combines people leadership with hands-on software engineering in C#. You'll lead a team of 9 engineers working on API gateways, Syslog export services, and integration management for the ESET XDR platform. Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 9 engineers (mentoring, evaluation, feedback, growth)
- Support technical design and architecture decisions within the team
- Drive delivery together with Product Owners and Scrum Master
- Work closely with engineering teams across ESET
- Improve engineering practices, code quality, CI/CD, and observability
- Stay hands-on when needed (coding, code reviews, debugging, unblocking the team)
- Support production operations and continuous improvement of owned services
- What we expect

- Understanding of distributed systems and software architecture principles
