Responsibilities
- As a Maintenance Works Coordinator, you will take ownership of planning and scheduling workflows, ensuring maintenance activities are delivered efficiently and without disruption:
- Coordinate permits, shut plans and flow control plans submission and tracking
- Maintain permit registers and support reporting and improvement analysis
- Support QA closeout and FCR governance activities
- Maintain Work Order integrity including task completion and closure accuracy
- Prepare work packs for complex and critical works
- Support constraint validation with delivery teams and stakeholders
- Provide reporting support including performance and compliance metrics
- Assist with document control, audits, and process governance
- Provide administrative support to Works Coordinators during peak periods
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in planning and delivery
