  • Salary Range:
  • $76,000.00 - $125,000.00
  • The annual base salary shown is for this position located in US - WI - Madison on a full-time basis. In addition, this position is bonus eligible.

Position Overview The Administrative Assistant III provides complex administrative support to the mid-level executive leaders. This position requires the ability to exercise independent judgment, maintain a high level of confidentiality, and make decisions on behalf of the leadership using experience and precedence. This position may provide guidance to new and developing team members. The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organized, and capable of managing competing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Essential Duties Include, but are not limited to, the following: Navigate routine and non-routine day-to-day activities of mid-level executives to ensure seamless execution. Includes assuming central coordination for all requests, applying appropriate urgency to high volume competing requests and proactively managing cadence for standing meetings (one-on-ones, team meetings, etc.); provide extensive calendar support by relentlessly prioritizing leader's time to ensure focus is on highest priority initiative. Independently manage and prioritize complex calendars, travel arrangements, expenses, and meeting logistics. Proactively assist in problem-solving for the leader - research inquiries, become knowledgeable about areas the leader leads and key business drivers. Create and recommend solutions. Serve as a trusted partner and primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on matters pertaining to the leaders' schedule and activities. Review and triage incoming correspondence, emails, and requests; respond on behalf of leader(s) where appropriate using discretion and judgment. Prepare high-quality documents, reports, presentations, and communications in support of leaders' meetings and initiatives. Facilitate seamless communication and coordination between the leader(s) and other departments. Manage sensitive and confidential information with a high level of integrity and discretion. Perform other duties as assigned in support of executive operations. Uphold company mission and values through accountability, innovation, integrity, quality, and teamwork. Support and comply with the company's Quality Management System policies and procedures. Maintain regular and reliable attendance. Ability to act with an inclusion mindset and model these behaviors for the organization. Ability to work nights and/or weekends, as needed. Ability to work on a mobile device, tablet, or in front of a computer screen and/or perform typing for approximately 90% of a typical working day. Ability and means to travel 5% between Exact Sciences locations. Ability to travel 5% of working time away from work location. May include overnight/weekend travel.
