Responsibilities

  • OCE Planning & Strategy Translation: Build the OCE plan for each brand and therapeutic area, grounded in and traceable to the brand and medical strategy.
  • Customer Journey Design: Design end-to-end customer journeys across channels, mapped to clear engagement objectives and stages for HCPs and other stakeholders.
  • Content Sourcing & Curation: Source, curate and adapt the content for each channel and journey stage, managing the content lifecycle and approvals (PromoMats) together with the CoE.
  • Metrics Alignment: Align KPIs and success metrics with the Brand Manager and CRP, defining what good looks like for each journey and channel.
  • End-to-End Execution & Delivery: Execute and deliver the OCE plan across channels - orchestrating cadence, sequencing, targeting and deployment. You are accountable for delivery, not only for design.
  • Follow-up & Optimization: Maintain a frequent follow-up rhythm - monitoring engagement, measuring impact with the OCE Analyst, reporting to stakeholders, and iterating the plan.
  • Innovation & Capability: Drive OCE innovation - new channels, tools, automation and next-best-engagement/action - and uplift omnichannel ways of working aligned with ICH and regional standards.
  • Governance & Compliance: Ensure data, consent and content-governance compliance across all engagement.
  • Who We're Looking For
  • Education: Degree in marketing, communications, digital, life sciences or a related field.
  • Experience: Experience in omnichannel or digital customer engagement, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry (commercial and/or medical), with a working understanding of HCP engagement, content operations (PromoMats), customer-journey design and engagement analytics.
  • Skills: Strategic translation from strategy to executable plans; journey and channel orchestration; data-driven optimization; strong cross-functional alignment; and, above all, a builder-doer mindset with genuine end-to-end ownership.
  • Languages: Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

In High Specialty Care and Medical Affairs, building that capability is now a strategic priority. We are looking for a Sr Associate OCE to design and run how we engage our customers end to end - translating brand and medical strategy into connected journeys that deliver real impact. Your Role As the Sr Associate OCE, you will own omnichannel customer engagement for High Specialty Care and Medical Affairs from strategy to delivery. You will translate brand and medical strategy into OCE plans, design the customer journeys, source and curate the content that brings them to life, and align success metrics with Brand Managers and Clinical Research Physicians. The defining feature of this role is end-to-end ownership: you will not only design the plans and journeys - you will deliver them, and follow up frequently to measure impact and continuously optimize. This is a Bogotá-based, P2 role that works across both Commercial (High Specialty) and Medical Affairs, in close partnership with the OCE Analyst, the Designer, and the Center of Excellence for content governance.
