Responsibilities

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, performance management, compensation reviews, and staff development.
  • Administer HR operations, including employee records, leave management, claims, monthly payroll processing (including annual AWS payouts), CPF submissions, statutory reporting, audits, manpower budgeting, and HR reporting.
  • Foster employee engagement and a positive workplace culture through staff communications, employee relations, wellness initiatives, and team activities.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, HR policies, insurance and benefits administration, and organizational procedures.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners on payroll, insurance, HR administration, internship programs, and employee disciplinary matters.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of HR practices and labor laws
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills
  • Experience with HR software or HRMS systems
