Manager / Senior Manager, Corporate Tax - Remote, Hybrid and Flexible Work Options

Responsibilities

• You will apply your expertise in both formal and informal engagements and enjoy a mixture of compliance and advisory work, delivering an exceptional experience for our clients.
• Manage overall client engagement including relationship management, tax compliance and advisory
• Build client relationships and identify growth opportunities in our clients
• Involvement in business development opportunities
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in tax compliance and process-based activities
• Provide coaching, support and inspirational leadership to other team members

Requirements

• University degree in a related discipline, such as Accounting / Finance, Business / Commerce, Legal and / or relevant professional qualification(s)
• CA / CPA, CTA or other relevant industry accreditation(s)
• Demonstrated experience and technical skills in corporate tax and advisory (ideally in a public practice environment)
• Proactive approach to client relationships and cross-selling of services, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Previous experience leading, coaching and mentoring less experienced team members
