Additional Information

LevelTen's European customer base is growing, and the next phase of that growth requires a product leader embedded in the market. This Senior Product Manager role owns product strategy and execution for our Data Products in Europe, focused on deepening customer understanding and building the continuous discovery practice that a distributed team in Seattle cannot replicate. Based in Madrid, you will own product strategy and execution for our Data Products, the flagship product line at the heart of LevelTen's subscription business, while serving as the primary product voice for our European customer base. You will work closely with an established European team and partner with a distributed product and engineering organization headquartered in Seattle. This role is ideal for a senior PM who is energized by direct customer engagement, can work autonomously and thrives in a cross-cultural distributed environment. This role requires a high degree of day-to-day autonomy. You will be the only PM based in Europe, without local PM peers to consult in real time, and will need to make sound product decisions independently while staying tightly aligned with a Seattle-based team across time zones. The ideal candidate has experience B2B SaaS products and a strong instinct for data and marketplaces. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports. Duties and Responsibilities Customer Discovery & European Market Insight: Lead structured discovery with European energy buyers, sellers and advisors to deeply understand their needs, workflows, and pain points. Balance customer insight with business priorities to make roadmap trade-offs; synthesize research into clear recommendations rather than a direct translation of user requests. Serve as the primary voice of the European customer within LevelTen's global product organization. Data Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and maintain a near-term product roadmap for LevelTen's Data Products in the European market, making prioritized trade-off decisions that align with global product strategy and team goals. Define and prioritize features that drive customer value, revenue growth, and competitive differentiation, bringing a strong European market perspective to global prioritization decisions. Build & Ship: Drive the full product development lifecycle from ideation and discovery through build, launch, optimization, and measurement. Partner closely with engineering to deliver and with commercial teams to go to market. Data-Driven Decision Making: Use qualitative and quantitative data to understand user behavior, identify friction points, and measure the impact of product changes. Define and track KPIs tied to product adoption, engagement, and revenue contribution. Market & Competitive Intelligence: Stay ahead of trends in the European clean energy market, B2B data products, and marketplace dynamics. Ensure LevelTen's Data Products remain differentiated and relevant across European regulatory and market contexts. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work effectively across a distributed team with product and engineering headquartered in Seattle, proactively managing time zone overlap and maintaining strong async communication. Partner with customer success, sales, marketing, and design across geographies to deliver seamless product experiences. Travel to Seattle quarterly to deepen relationships with the broader team.
