We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance & Compliance Manager to join our growing team in Belgrade. The role will support the company in navigating the Serbian regulatory, tax, and corporate environment, ensuring compliant operations and effective management of inspections, audits, and regulatory matters. ✅ Key Responsibilities: Manage the full-cycle accounting process (entries, payments, reconciliations, and payroll oversight) Act as the company's primary point of contact with tax authorities, regulators, and other public institutions Manage communication and documentation related to inspections, audits, and regulatory inquiries Ensure compliance with Serbian tax, legal, and corporate requirements Coordinate work with external advisors including tax consultants, accountants, and legal firms Advise leadership on regulatory risks and local institutional processes ✅ Requirements: 8+ years of relevant experience, with a strong background in operative accounting and tax filing Strong experience in Serbian tax, accounting, legal, and /or regulatory environment Proven experience interacting with government authorities and tax inspections Good understanding of corporate compliance, accounting, and tax frameworks Strong professional network within local legal, financial, or institutional circles Readiness to perform both strategic oversight and day-to-day accounting tasks Fluent Serbian and English ✅ We offer excellent benefits, including but not limited to: 🏢 Modern office in New Belgrade 🌴 24 vacation days annually 🤒 6 sick days without medical certificate 🏥 Premium Health Insurance (coverage up to 5,000 EUR annually) 🏋️ Sports package (FitPass membership) 🍔 Company covered lunch provided 5 days a week 🎉 Special occasion gifts: birthday, wedding, newborn 📚 Learning & Development budget 🌍 Corporate events: international parties, team buildings, activities 📈 Career growth opportunities in a fast-growing company Join Brainrocket and rock with us! 🚀 Bold moves start here.
