The Assistant Coach for Men's Baseball supports the head coach in the planning and operation of the Cornell Men's Baseball program. This includes assisting with practice and games; preparation as assigned; evaluating performances and making recommendations to the head coach regarding individual participation in games. The Assistant Coach looks to identify, encourage, and evaluate application and acceptance of student athletes at Cornell in accordance with Ivy League, NCAA and University policies as assigned by the head coach. This is an 11-month, full-time position. The starting salary for this position is $64,500; final offer will depend on relevant experience, skills, and qualifications. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Proven success and potential in coaching, recruiting and developing student-athletes. Highly motivated with an outstanding work ethic and a relentless recruiter. Knowledgeable of NCAA rules. Ability to cultivate and develop inclusive working relationships with students, faculty, staff, and community members.
