About the role

Your new company A utilities company is looking for an Operations - Jurong (1 year) Your new role Manage all the Operation Centre activities such as calling of customers for appointments, updating of database, job scheduling, manpower planning and deployment of contractors etc Work closely with cross functional teams and various stakeholders including customers, contractors, agencies and ensure effective execution of works and resolution of issues Track and analyse trends to spot issues, opportunities, and improvement areas Familiar with various IT systems tools, MS Office applications etc and comfortable to handle voluminous data Maintain various databases for management reporting Generate various reports including proactive analysis on possible escalation issues before it occurs Any other duties as assigned What you'll need to succeed At least a degree with at least 3 years of experience in managing and carrying out Operation Centre activities What you'll get in return You will be given the chance to continuously grow in the company due to the expanding business entity, whilst being a part of the team in the growing business.
