About the role

Job Details Location: Lavender Working Hours: Mon-Fri, Office Hour Work Type: 12-Month Contract Salary: Up to $ 5,200 per month + 1 month completion bonus What you will be working on? Developed and executed marketing and social media strategies, including copywriting for social media content, eDMs, and promotional materials to enhance community engagement and programme awareness. Conceptualised and proposed creative content ideas and engagement initiatives aligned with current trends to strengthen outreach efforts. Coordinated and supported community programmes and events, working closely with stakeholders, volunteers, grassroots organisations, corporate partners, and community agencies to drive participation and collaboration. Assisted in the recruitment, management, and deployment of volunteers while providing operational support for community engagement initiatives. Supported programme planning and implementation by liaising with internal and external stakeholders, scheduling meetings, preparing presentation materials, and tracking project progress. Provided comprehensive administrative support, including arranging meetings, taking meeting minutes, processing procurement requests, and maintaining records and documentation. Compiled, updated, and analysed data using Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and reporting functions, to prepare reports, monitor programme performance, and support decision-making. Prepared, collated, and submitted reports, statements, and other documentation to ensure timely and accurate reporting requirements. What are we looking for? Singaporean only Minimum Degree in Marketing/ Communication or relevant discipline. Prior experience in stakeholder management and programme coordination would be advantageous.
