• Champion a "wow" candidate experience by designing and launching fresh initiatives that turn applicants into brand superfans from day one.
• Keep us running like a well-oiled machine by managing recruitment tech and streamlining processes for maximum efficiency.
• Play detective with our hiring workflows, ensuring total compliance while flagging opportunities to level up our operational game.
