  • Coordinate shared dependencies across e-billing, reconciliation, Salesforce, Kantata, ERP/Fusion, and other connected quote-to-cash systems
  • Drive integration between Salesforce (Sales & Service Cloud) and Zuora to optimize quote-to-cash processes
  • Gather, define, and prioritize business requirements aligned with revenue operations objectives
  • Translate business, operational, compliance, and system needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery priorities
  • Collaborate with SCRUM teams to deliver high-quality product increments and MVPs
  • Analyze usage data, billing metrics, and user behaviors to inform product improvements
  • Support organizational change management including training, communication, and adoption strategies
  • Ensure scalability and accuracy across subscription lifecycle including billing, invoicing, and revenue recognition
  • Manage risks, dependencies, and cross-functional alignment to ensure successful product delivery across highly connected quote-to-cash systems

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 3-6 years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or Business Systems roles
  • Hands-on experience with Zuora Billing and/or Zuora Revenue strongly preferred
