Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate daily blasting and painting activities according to project schedules.
- Prepare production plans, work schedules, and manpower allocation.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in industrial blasting and painting, protective coatings, or heavy engineering.
- Knowledge of surface preparation standards (ISO 8501, SSPC, NACE/AMPP).
- Familiarity with industrial coating systems and painting processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- AMPP/NACE or FROSIO Coating Inspector certification (advantageous).
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement methodologies.
- WSH knowledge or relevant safety certification is an advantage.
