Role Summary As part of a high‑performing commercial team, the Account Optimization Manager is responsible for optimising the competitiveness, availability, and commercial performance of a defined portfolio of hotel partners. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, profitability, and operating margin through data‑driven optimisation, strong commercial relationships, and effective negotiation.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimise the performance of an assigned portfolio of hotel accounts in line with revenue and profitability targets.
  • Negotiate optimal commercial and financial conditions with partners.
  • Analyse account performance to identify opportunities for incremental revenue, margin improvement, and product optimisation.
  • Develop and execute data‑driven action plans to improve engagement, competitiveness, and conversion across channels.
  • Build and maintain strong commercial relationships, providing strategic insights to support mutual growth.
  • Monitor market dynamics, competitor activity, and destination trends to anticipate risks and opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver performance reports, business reviews, and presentations to internal stakeholders and partners.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across tools, workflows, and optimisation methodologies.
  • Requirements & Experience
  • 2+ years' experience in Account Management, Commercial Optimization, Revenue Management, Business Analysis, or similar roles (travel, hospitality, or e‑commerce preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn large datasets into actionable commercial insights.
  • Proven negotiation skills and strong commercial acumen.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
  • High ownership mindset, proactive problem‑solver, and results‑driven.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, international environment.
  • Comfortable using analytics and reporting tools (e.g. Tableau, Excel, Salesforce).
  • Advanced English is mandatory (spoken and written).
