As part of the internal SAP team , you will act as a trusted advisor and partner to the business, helping optimize processes with modern software solutions. SAP is the backbone of the company's digital landscape , powered by a central S/4HANA platform managing global core processes. You will play a key role in further developing production and quality management processes and shaping the future SAP environment. Tasks Advise and optimize business processes in SAP PP (Production Planning) and SAP QM (Quality Management) with focus on Order-to-Cash (O2C) Analyze, design and implement automation and digitalization solutions within the production environment Support the ongoing development of SAP S/4HANA systems and connected applications Collaborate with business departments to gather requirements and design efficient solutions Lead and support SAP projects and change management initiatives Provide 2nd and 3rd level support , troubleshooting system issues and coordinating external service providers Create documentation and deliver user training Contribute to the development of the future IT business application architecture
