Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- FINRA Series 7 and 63/65 required; FINRA fingerprinting required
- Certified Equity Professional (CEP®) Level 1 required; full CEP® designation strongly preferred
- 5-7 years of experience in equity compensation, executive services, or wealth management supporting high-level clients
- Deep understanding of executive equity compensation plans, Rule 10b5-1 trading, and insider trading compliance
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with ability to engage executive audiences
- Demonstrated success in proactive client relationship management and consultative service delivery
- Proficiency with CRM systems, stock plan platforms, Microsoft Office, and reporting tools
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining precision, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Growth-oriented mindset with adaptability to changing business needs and service models

As a Senior Executive Equity Compensation Consultant on Empower's Equity Stock Plan Services team, you will act as a dedicated partner to C-suite and senior executives, delivering expert guidance, personalized education, and strategic support across all aspects of executive equity compensation. You will provide concierge-level service and serve as a trusted liaison between executives and Empower's Personal Wealth and Executive Services teams. This role requires a balance of technical expertise, discretion, and relationship management skills to build long-term partnerships and enhance the overall shareholder experience. The core business hours for the Equity Stock Plan Services team are 8am - 8pm EST. Candidates must be able to work between those hours.
