- Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Architecture, Engineering, Design Technology, or an equivalent recognized discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in architectural, engineering, or project management within the health or public sector.
- Experience in coordinating and facilitating multi-stakeholder meetings, including preparing agendas, presentation materials, and meeting minutes.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in project management tools.
- Knowledge of building codes and standards applicable to acute healthcare environments (asset).
- Familiarity with OAA and CCDC contract frameworks (asset).
- PMP certification (asset).
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities, including task prioritization.
- Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills.

The successful candidate will work closely with the FM-PRO Leadership, UHN Executive Project Sponsors and Staff to understand and plan for key capital project initiatives as prioritized by the organization.
