Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated M&A Analyst/Associate to join our M&A team in Singapore. You will support the execution of M&A transactions and strategic initiatives across Southeast Asia and India, working closely with senior management throughout the deal lifecycle,from opportunity assessment and financial modelling to due diligence, execution, and post-closing. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, commercially minded, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Role Key responsibilities would include: - Support the execution of end-to-end M&A transactions, including target screening,valuation, financial modelling, due diligence, transaction execution, andpost-closing activities - Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external advisors (financial, legal, tax, and commercial) throughout the transaction process - Build financial models, perform commercial and financial analyses, prepare investment committee materials, and other transaction-related documentation - Conduct market, industry, and competitive research to evaluate acquisition opportunities and support strategic decision-making - Support strategic projects and corporate development initiatives across the Everlife platform

Requirements

  • Eligible to work in Singapore
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in M&A, corporate development,investment banking, transaction advisory, private equity, or corporate finance
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance,Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related discipline, with a strong academic record
  • Exposure to cross-border transactions and regional stakeholder management is an advantage
  • Strong financial modelling, valuation,and accounting skills, with the ability to analyse businesses and investment opportunities
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving,and attention-to-detail skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare high-quality presentations and investment materials
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
