About the Position: This position is with the Joint Munitions Command located at McAlester, OK. This position serves as a Supervisory Industrial Operations Specialist (Equipment) who directs and advises on scheduling, plans, specifications, contracts, materials and equipment. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Specialized Experience: To qualify for this position you must possess one year of specialized experience which includes: 1) Plan and develop project scope, budget, schedules, procurement strategies, manpower estimates, work processes and procedures into work management plans, 2) Review and evaluate work requests by analyzing methods and techniques in the review of analysis of work management processes, and 3) Advise on scheduling, plans, specifications, contracts, materials and equipment. Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-11).
