About the role
We're hiring a GTM Recruiter to partner directly with founders and senior leaders to scale our GTM team. This is not a transactional recruiting role. You will own GTM hiring end-to-end during a critical scale-up phase. You'll set the bar, design the process, and personally drive outcomes.

Requirements
- 4+ years of recruiting experience in similar environments
- Demonstrated startup / scale-up experience , ideally Series B-D
- Strong domain preference with Experience recruiting GTM talent for AI or Customer Experience companies
- Proven ability to work directly with founders and senior leaders
- Self-managed, comfortable operating with ambiguity and outcome-oriented
- Willingness to be on-site in Palo Alto and act as a culture carrier
