About the Position: This position serves as a Logistics Management Specialist for the U.S. Army Security Assistance Command located at Redstone Arsenal, AL. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes includes providing technical expert and principal logistical support for major, high-value, and politically sensitive Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs; conducting comprehensive analyses of logistics data to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency; negotiating with foreign government representatives and senior officials at other U.S. government agencies to resolve issues; and developing new policies, standard operating procedures, and training materials related to international logistics operations and FMS sustainment. Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-12).
