About the role
Job Responsibilities: Oversee and coordinate all RC works related to tunnelling, including casting base slabs, tunnel walls, linings, and shafts. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, or an equivalent qualification. Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience in RC works. Strong understanding of concrete technology, formwork, reinforcement detailing, and sequencing of casting works. Proficient in interpreting structural drawings and specifications. Familiar with site documentation such as RFI, inspection checklists, method statements, and progress reporting. Able to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced, site-based environment. Strong communication and coordination skills with both internal teams and external consultants. Familiarity with LTA or similar infrastructure project standards is a plus.
